Shipping Policy

1: The shipping charge can be prepaid, collect and appoint agent. It's up to client's requirement. If clients have agent here; we will deliver shoes to your agent directly.

2: We can ship either by air or by sea according to client's request. But if by air; the freight charge is calculated by the weight of each kilograms. If by sea; the shipping charge is calculated by each CBM; 1 CBM can hold around 220 pairs our shoes and 130 pairs our boots; and in spite of how many cubes clients ship; the exporting fees is immovable charge (B/L fees, customs' duty, shoes inspection fees). So the more cubes shoes clients ship; the lower average freight of each pair shoes.

3: The accurate shipping charge is up to how many CBM or containers clients ship and which port clients ship to. We will confirm the shipping charge after clients tell us the order quantity and the port we will ship to.

4: We will provide B/L, Invoice and Packing List to clients immediately once shipping.

1: Tracing whole shipping schedule until shoes arrive to clients' hand finally.

2, We will feedback and give immediate solution anytime if clients have any question or suggestion about their order shoes.

3, We guarantee that all our shoes are in good quality; if there is any flaw or any quality problem within 6 months after clients receive them; we will return 100% shoes charge unconditionally (clients only need to take details photos of any flaw shoes; we will return payment base on it).

You can mix sneakers, dress shoes, casual shoes, slippers, sandals, boots in one container. But we suggest you choose the same category shoes in a container each time. It is safer for your import clearance handling.

We accept sea transportation, air transportation, and intl express (courier). Due to the high price of international shipping (We are in China), we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order and choose ocean freight shipment.
